To delete a blog:

1. Log on to the dashboard.
2. Check you have a working email address in Settings->General.
3. Go to Tools->Delete a Site
4. Check the box to say you know you cannot get your blog back.
5. Click Delete Site.
6. You will receive an email with a link. This will confirm deletion.
