The e-Portfolio plugin provides a   Profiles Widget. This will list profiles that have been published and link to them. The Profile Widget is installed automatically if you create an e-portfolio blog. The widget will not show in the sidebar until the first profile is created.  Like all widgets you may have to add it again if you change theme.
