Glow Blogs now give you access to two different WordPress editors. The classic editor and the newer blocks editor.
At the moment, July 2023, the Classic editor is turned on by default, you can set the blog to use the block editor instead or set it up to have one or other as the default with the choice to switch. More details on the blocks page.

Blocks
When using the blocks editor you can add blocks for embedding a huge range of external media. The blocks have a field for the url to the media. We have examples of most of the embeds on a sperate blocks blog, and list some after these examples:
