Glow blogs, like the rest of Glow, uses RM Unify for authentication and logging in. This an make the job of posting involve quite a few steps before you get to the post screen. You can speed this up considerably by bookmarking the  New Post Page of your site. Opening this bookmark will take you to the RM Unify login page and then straight to the New Post screen of your blog.  In my case 12 seconds including filling my password in.

This is especially useful on mobile.
