Glow Blogs supports email notification for comments.

To enable email notification:

1. Dashboard
2. Settings
3. Discussion
   1. Email me whenever:  A comment is held for moderation √
   2. Before a comment appears: Comment must be manually approved √

The Admin email address and the email address of the post author (if different)   will now receive notification of comments on your posts.
