In our class novel, two of the characters become good friends. In class we have been talking about what makes a good friend and we created an acrostic poem together. Mrs Smith was very impressed by our comments. Here is our acrostic poem…

Jolly Phonics

Our new sound today in Primary 1 was “a”.  Mrs Collins told us a story about a picnic where the sandwiches ended up full of ants! To help us remember the a sound we made our own ant door hangers.
