Onomatopoeia is not where a word sounds like it is spelled because cat is spelled like it sounds . Onomatopoeia is where a word imitates the sound is represents but all of the pictures are right 👍👍👍👍👍

it is really sad how some children have to clean beaches because it means that they could never get a job and they would spend their lives cleaning beaches and living on the streets

I am not sure yikes is one Murry because you normally say yikes so it is not onomatopoeia

We had our first “Muddy Mondays” on Monday 23rd!

We explored our school grounds using the Mugga, the new path round the back of the school and played in the infant playground!

We then had snack and a story outdoors in our wooded area, and explored!

We found lots of interesting things from the outdoors, and brought some back to have a look at them in our ELC.

We have been learning onomatopoeia in class .Onomatopoeia is a noise that is not spoken but made by ringing a bell or a sheep going BAAAAA.:)
