  1. Hi, I’m looking for the HDMI code to embed a one slide PowerPoint or the exported pdf version into a website. The document has links that need to be accessed independently so I can’t convert to a jpeg and add as an image. Thanks so much!

    1. There is no code to embed a powerpoint I am afraid. In theory you can get one from OneDrive, but it doesn’t work.

You can embed a pdf, there is an example here:
      https://blogs.glowscotland.org.uk/glowblogs/embeds/2020/12/12/pdf/

You need to upload the pdf and then get the link, the post shows one way of doing that.

You can also use jpegs or other images with the Draw Attention plugin. That allows you to add links to the image.

There is more info on using the plugin on the help blog:

  2. Hi there, I have accidentally removed myself from a pupil’s e-portfolio and they are set as an author or contributor so we now don’t have an administrator to add us back in! Can you help?

    1. You need to raise a call through your Local Authority to the RM help Desk. Make sure you send the url of the blog and the account you would like added as an Admin.
