Hopefully another quick question – can you add links or embed documents (ie pdfs) to blog pages? We would like to add our Uniform Price List so parents can download.

Yes, upload pdfs with the Add Media button. PDFs will not embed but will link. Folk will either download or view in browser depending on their set up. There are a lot of PDFs on this site, so you can see how it works:
