This will allow you a bit more power than the standard YouTube embed in Glow Blogs. If you just need to add a video to a post or page it may be simper to use the standard embed.
Some features (such as galleries, and some wizard features) now require you to create a free YouTube API Server key from Google. Instructions on the embed plus site.
Since Google updates their API Key generation directions frequently, follow the general steps shown in the video. Google also occasionally change the version of their API. This might mean you have to generate a new key if you have problems.
After installing the plugin you should visit the YouTube Free section of the dashboard. There are a lot of settings and possibilities.

If you have a problem with a embed that was working before, it may be because of changes in the Google YouTube API. Google will occasionally create a new version of the API and disable the older version. You may need to regenerate your API key and put it in settings.
If you have set up restricted sites for your API key, you might have to update these to meet the latest instructions.
