Uploads are limited by a maximum file size of 50mB

I’m trying to upload a 9.44mg mp4 file and I’m being told it’s too large and the maximum is 4mg. I’ve read the maximum is 50mg so no idea why it won’t upload. I’ve recently uploaded 7.55mg and that was ok.
Hi Sheena,
It may be you have reached the limit of space for your blog which in 1GB. Have a look at your dashboard where you should be able to see this.
If you are near the limit you can get the space increased. Contact your LA key contact and they should log a call with the RM help desk.
Hi there, I would like my son to upload typing from his tablet to GLOW, he has notebook, polaris and google docs, are any of these compatible? Thanks!

You son should be able to type directly into any Glow Blog he has access to. He can also attach a variety of file types.
He can embed some types of google docs, more information here:

He should check with his scghool for advice on using the glow service generally.
