You can easily duplicate a post with Jetpacks Copy Post feature.

You need to have activated the JetPack Plugin and then the Copy Post feature in the Jetpack settings.

Then you can hover any of the posts on the All Posts dashboard and copy it.

This may be handy if you are creating posts with similar structures. For learning programs for example.
