DearFlip provides various methods to add 3d flipbook to your WordPress site. The embedded type flipbook is the basic and default flipbook from DearFlip. These are great to have on-page where the main page about the book or there needs a single flipbook on the whole page.

To add a flip book to your blog you need to

Active the dFlip plugin

Create a new dFlip Book (either from the left hand column in the dashboard or from the new menu)

Upload or choose a PDF and publish the book

Copy the code, for example [dflip id="3642" ][/dflip]

paste the code into a post or page:

If you upload a pdf and use that you will need to choose it again if you ever change your site from private to public (or the other way). You should not need to upload it again: just choose again from the media library¹.

If you are using a lot of flip books on one page you should use the thumbnail option. Too many books can  l use too many resources and if the device runs out of RAM it will appear black or blank.
