There are many ways of adding a hit counter to web pages and blogs. Only certain ways will work on Glow blogs. JavaScript or iFrame solutions will not work you need to use an image based system for example Clustermaps.
This would allow blogs to find out how many visitors they have.
How to add a cluster-map:
- Copy the URL to your blog
- Go to http://www.clustermaps.com
- Paste the URL into the url field and fill in your email address
- Submit the form
- Check your email and activate your account
- Check your mail for a second message and copy the new password.
- Log on to clustermaps
- Select the [B] Minimalist style of code
- Copy the code.
- Return to your blog. Add a text widget to your sidebar, paste in the code and save.
An alternative to clustermaps without the need for setting up an “account” is revolvermaps https://www.revolvermaps.com/?target=setup2d&type=html and choose Static HTML option.
