Today the Primary 6s put all their newly acquired knowledge and skills to the test as they took part in the Bikeability assessment.
Most of them found it challenging but fun.

Primary 5 had fun baking Crumbly Banana Squares and Fairtrade Chocolate Cookies using Fairtrade ingredients where possible.
They were a great success and enjoyed by many, as you can see!

Ronan has been busy carrying out his own Fairtrade research
at home. He made a super poster about Fairtrade
products from around the world.
We are all delighted to hear how well Molly did in her
swimming competition in Aberdeen last Saturday.
Not only did she win a bronze medal for butterfly
she also took 10 seconds off her personal best time.
Well done!
We had a really interesting afternoon learning more about the various ways that Traidcraft and Fairtrade help to support farmers and growers in developing countries. We were surprised to see so many different products available through Traidcraft.
Mrs Hay was very pleased with the work Shane, Alex and Christie produced today in class. Neatly done too!
