On Wednesday we decided to start our day with a little bit of motor skills. We tied it into the story of the week. Here we are making Stick Man, Stick Lady Love and their family of three.

We did some craft today. Everyone did fantastic cutting out for really tricky shapes. It was good to make a moving skeleton.

The class have been learning a new sound with Miss Morrison today. They learned the action too. Primary 2 were there to check it was correct and help out, lending a little moral support along the way.
Friday morning started with some Lego fun. We were strengthening our hands and grip as well as working with partners.
We have been busy doing soft start activities to help strengthen our hands to help with writing as well as get us ready for our learning through the day. Here we are using Lego.
Later in the day we did some topic work about the farm.
