We have fun in maths. Some of us have been learning about coins, some of us have been learning about addition and subtraction.

Primary 1 are doing well with their phonics and were e learning about the letter u and the sound it makes. They then made some umbrellas and continued to build on their fine motor skills. It looked like great fun.

The class were reading What the ladybird heard at the seaside by Julia Donaldson. They loved it and wanted to do a Hall of Fame from the story. They have done a great job.

The class has been doing work about safety in the local environment as well as litter and the pollution and danger it causes. Please take a look at their work.

We have been reading Detective Dog by Julia Donaldson, it was great! It got us onto speaking about our favourite stories, there are so many, but we managed to narrow it down!
Here are our book cover designs for our favourite stories.

On Friday the school took part in Children In Need by having a pyjama day. They also did some Pudsey Craft too.
Everyone had a fantastic day!

We have been working together today on looking after our environment. Here we are working together to make posters about litter. Our posters will appear on here soon.

The children dressed up today in costumes for Hallowe’en. They had great fun. At times they were fierce and at other times they were spooks that sneak and creep silently.

We have been really lucky to get Joy in for drumming on the last day of term. It was great fun! Have a look at our photos, it was AWESOME!
