A six-week S1 & S2 Guitar club is starting this Wednesday lunchtime 6th November at 12.50. Spaces are limited so if you would like to join the group please see Mr Weaver or Mr Brogan AT INTERVAL to add your name to the list and get a lunch pass.

Can pupils now make contact with the Activity Leader for their allocated activity. Activities taking place out of school will have additional paperwork to complete (permission form). All Activity Leaders were detailed in the information booklet distributed prior to the May holiday.
5 a side footballers: You DO NOT have to contact a staff member as the Sports Leaders will be taking charge of this activity. You should organise your teams for the competition. All 5 a side teams should report to the PE Dept on Monday 24th June after registration.
If you are not on a list and would like to be please contact Mrs Cullen in Home Economics. Any changes to Activities must be completed via Mrs Cullen and the specific Activity Leader.
The school will be entering a first and second year team for the Glasgow Schools Cross Country Championships in February.
Teams will be entered for 1st and 2nd year boys and girls.
Any pupil wishing to be considered for the team should come to the PE Department on Mon 21st Jan at 3pm with kit and ready to run a time trial over the school cross country course.
Some of our S2 pupils had the opportunity to interview author Matt Dickinson at the Edinburgh International Book Festival in August. They did really well. So well in fact the Matt Dickincon has offered to come to our school on Tuesday 5th November to give two explosive workshops to more of our young people. A creative wrinting workshop to help some of our older pupils with their imaginative wrinting skills and another talk to our first year pupils about his experiences climbing Mount Everest and his “Mortal Chaos” series.

There will be a meeting today during morning interval in Mr Ward’s room (R205) for any pupil interested in playing for the S2 (U14) football team.
