A six-week S1 & S2 Guitar club is starting this Wednesday lunchtime 6th November at 12.50. Spaces are limited so if you would like to join the group please see Mr Weaver or Mr Brogan AT INTERVAL to add your name to the list and get a lunch pass.

Due to popular demand, members of THE B SHARPS (male vocal group) will meet on MONDAYS AFTER SCHOOL, 3-4PM (starting 4th NOVEMBER) in Room 126.
The group are still recruiting new members; boys from any year are welcome.

The B sharps (Lourdes’ male vocal group) started on Wednesday 18th September at lunchtime in Mr Weaver’s Room (126). The 20 members (so far) have decided the group name and are in the process of choosing the songs that the group will sing (within reason!) Boys from every year group are welcome to join us. Passes will be available from the music base on Tuesday or Wednesday at interval.

Brigadoon are delighted to announce our first EP released today!!!! The EP includes 3 original songs written by Findlay MacMillan (S5) one of which is his very own Christmas Song “That time of year”.
After a lengthy recording process we are delighted with the final production on the EP. We would love it if you were able to support the band as the costs of hiring a professional studio were large!!
We are selling the EP for only £4 the EP which contains 3 originals and the Christmas bonus track – what a bargain!

Congratulations to all pupils and staff who performed and supported the success of the Christmas Concert last night.
It was a wonderful celebration however this is not possible without the hard work and dedication from pupils and staff.
Sincest thanks is also extended to the parents, friends and supporters of the school for braving the winter elements to attend.

G-Stars takes place on Monday 15th till Friday 19th of October from 10am-4pm in Lourdes Secondary until our Grand Finale weekend on 20th October in the 02 Academy.
Established acts welcome but priority given to those with little or no experience.
If you applied before, you can apply again!
Your application must be authorised by a parent or guardian and be handed back to Glasgow Life staff by 5th of October at the latest.
