Last term Primary 4 created these lovely oil pastel pictures which were inspired by Vincent Van Gogh’s ‘Sunflowers in a Vase’.
We scanned the images to make wonderful Mothers Day cards and displayed the originals in our corridor.
We have had lots of kind comments about them so we thought we would share them on the blog too! 🙂
Over the past week, P3-7 have been taking part in Sumdog’s local contest. The contest challenged the children on their maths knowledge and finished at 8pm yesterday.
We are delighted that 3 of our classes managed to be daily winners and are thrilled to announce that P4A were the overall winners of the contest, winning 30 free membership subscriptions for next year!!!
Certificates will be issued to all children who took time to take part after the holidays.

Primary Four this term have been learning about The Vikings. They have found out about different aspects of Viking life. As part of this terms learning, their homework task was to create a Viking longship and present how they made the model to the class.
