Thank you Miss Allen for creating this fantastic memory for our pupils in nursery. Boys and girls you are all amazing and it wonderful to see what your ambitions are for the future. I can’t wait to see you all again soon in Primary 1. Mrs Duncan

Well done to all those who participated in the Fun Family Sports Day. Mrs Gray announces the winning team in this fun video. Photos will follow.
Please see below a transition video showing the new P1 pupils round the Early Years Open Area and Classrooms.
As well as the video we have provided a brief information booklet about starting P1. P1 may look slightly different to normal and hope this booklet as well as our normal P1 guide(attached as a PDF) gives you an insight into P1. Please note that the P1 Beginner’s Guide was produced before changes to plans were made. One important change to take note of is that school starts on Wednesday 12th August. The start times for Primary 1, in the Primary 1F class, on the first three days (12th-14th August) will be 8.50am and the school day will end at 2.50pm. For Primary 1 children in the P1/2 class the start and end times times will be 9.00am and 3pm.

We have also attached a Microsoft form for parents to complete if you have any questions. We will respond to questions either through a blog post or a phone call if question relates to a specific matter about your son/daughter.
I am aware that everyone is keen to know pupil classes for next year and we are now able to share this information with you.
We are saying goodbye to two long serving members of staff next week. Mrs Dunlop and Mrs Graham are both leaving us and moving to new positions within other schools. We wish them both well in their new posts.
As a result, Mrs Campbell will now be joining us to teach P6/7 until this vacancy is filled on a permanent basis. Along with Mrs Campbell we welcome Miss Holman and Miss Morrison to the team.
You will receive an email/group call containing information about your son/daughter’s class teacher(s) for next session in due course.
Later in the week, a second email/group call will follow containing information whether your son/daughter has been placed in group 1 or group 2 should the blended learning/contingency model 2-2-1 by required.
