Last week P1 had a visit from Carol Moyes from the STEM team. She taught us what an algorithm was and used the game ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’ as an example. We then learned a new game, ‘Bear, Cowboy, Ninja’! We enjoyed playing the game and then drew out our own algorithm to represent it.
That was such a fun visit. I really enjoyed meeting you all and was so impressed with how quickly everyone picked up the new game. I hope you have remembered the actions for al-go-rithm?!
