Here is a time measuring challenge for you – estimate how long it will take you to do the following things, then test it.
- Take off your shoes and socks and put them back on as well as tie your laces.
- Walk 1 km (you can use a tracking app like strava to follow this)
- Make a cup of tea for someone in your house
- Read 2 pages of a book
- Play a level on your favourite game
- Do your favourite dance from start to finish
- Clean your room
