Our tables got taken away for the Christmas fair so it looked like this.

after the vegetables you need to add them to the slow cooker.
measure out the spices carefully.
After that add tomato purée, coconut milk and chicken stock.
then give it all a big stir and leave for 4 hours  stir it every hour.
Don’t open slow cookers all the time because the heat escapes.
