Today we had our cool class cup treat after a few weeks of learning about fire safety!

 

Firstly, we cut kindling for the fire.

Then we lit the fires to heat the kettles.

 

We used our new Ghillie Kettles to make hot chocolate.

 

We also roasted marshmallows over a flame and made smores!

The children were extremely mature and focused and followed all of the fire safety rules to make sure that we were all safe.
