Today in PE, we were learning to be tougher!

 

 

We explored some different movements to help us improve our fitness and to learn to not quit!

one of these movements was the plank and we used the plank for a race between boys and girls.

The girls crushed the boys!

Try this challenge at home

  • 10 squats
  • 40 star jumps
  • 30 seconds plank

Can you do this 3 times?

don’t forget, outdoor clothes tomorrow for gardening!
