This morning in maths, we were learning how to organise decimals into biggest to smallest.
We had to organise ourselves without knowing what our number was and without talking to each other.
Top tips include
count the digits (but not the decimal digits)
If the number of digits are the same, then look at the digit with the highest value
If all the numbers on the left of the decimal place are the same, then look at theĀ tenths,
If these are the same, then look at theĀ hundredths.
Remember, next Tuesday is the Roald Dahl 100th birthday day.
You can dress up as any Roald Dahl character for the day!
No prizes for guessing which one Mr McMullan will choose!
