Arrangements for Mass Thur 23 June.
Dear Parent/Carer
Fr David has invited us to celebrate mass this afternoon in Lourdes Parish Church. Pupils will be dismissed from the church and this may be a few minutes before our usual finishing time of 3.15. Pupils can of course return to school with staff to be collected from there at 3.15 if required.

End of Term information
Dear Parent/Carer,
End of term information
Our last day of school will be Friday 24th June at 1pm. We will celebrate the end of term on Thursday 23rd June with Mass at 2pm in Our Lady of Lourdes church with Father David.
The interviews for your new Headteacher take place on Wednesday 22nd June and I will inform you of the outcome as soon as possible.
As I come to the end of my career I want to thank you for all of your support for the last eight years. I have enjoyed every minute of my time in Lourdes and the most enjoyment has always come from working with your amazing children.
I consider it an honour and a privilege to have been Headteacher in such a wonderful school and community.
I wish you and your child(ren) health and happiness in the future and pray for the continued success of Lourdes Secondary School.

Lourdes Sports Day 2022 / School Records
Last week we hosted another successful Sports Day with a number of our School records broken!
‘Lourdes’ Records’ have been kept since 2010, which is a record of the top 3/4 athletes for each event. See the attached files for this year’s results and the current records.

Collection of new S5 and S6 timetables
Pupils returning to the new S5 and S6 Year Groups are asked to come into school at the times indicated below on Wednesday 1st June 2022 to collect their timetables only. Thereafter, pupils are able to return home until their timetables formally begin at 8.50am on Monday 6 June 2022.
new S5 Pupils: 10am in the school dining hall
new S6 pupils: 11 am in the school dining hall
Please note: no pupil will be able to collect a timetable on behalf of another pupil in the school.
Pupils are reminded that they should be wearing school uniform at all times in the school building.
School holiday
A reminder that Friday 27th May is a school holiday.
