Pupils are asked to make appointments with doctors, dentists etc., outwith school hours, whenever possible.  When it is necessary to leave school during the day for such an appointment, you must bring a signed NOTE and your appointment card to your Pastoral Care teacher on the day before the appointment.  You will be given a PERMISSION SLIP which you should keep with you until you return to school.
