Paul Jones Success

On Wednesday afternoon both our football teams competed in the finals of the Paul Jones Tournament. I am delighted to share that both teams were the overall winners of the tournament. Both teams played extremely well over the course of the tournament and showed dedication and skill in their football. Both teams displayed the school motto of Believe and Achieve. Over the 4 weeks they all displayed exemplary behaviour and sporting attitudes.

Thank you to everyone that helped transport the children each week to the events and for all your support from the side lines.

I couldn’t have been prouder as they went receive their medals and trophies. Congratulations and well done.

Mrs Duncan

Paul Jones Week 2 – 8.1.24

Another fantastic week of football from both our teams. Four wins for each team. Great team work, lots of sporting attitudes and supporting each other throughout the evening. Couldn’t be prouder of these two teams tonight.

Thank you to our parent council for providing a fantastic tuck shop. Very popular with everyone. A warm cuppa went down well as temperatures dropped.

Next week back to Castle  Douglas for round 3.
