Primary 7 Yearbook

For the past few years, we have created a yearbook for our P7 Leavers and presented it to them as they have moved from Primary to Secondary School.

As we approach the end of term, we would like to take the opportunity to share this yearbook with everyone to help celebrate our P7s who are moving on to High School. We will miss you all very much

Thank you Miss Clendinning and Mrs Graham for creating the yearbook.

Active Schools Sports Day Challenge

Here are a couple of videos sent into class teachers from pupils who held their own sports days at home. Some of our pupils also featured on the Active Schools Facebook page. Well done all.

Active Schools Regional School Sports Week

Lots of teachers have shared on class grids this week the Active Sports  Regional Schools Sports Week Information.

Please try to participate in this event throughout the week and send your pictures in to Active Schools. It would be great to see as many Dalbeattie Primary Pupils as possible participating in this.

Fitness and Exercise Challenge

Well done everyone who shared their fitness and exercise activities this week. It is great to see that you are staying active. I’m sure Mrs Gray will be impressed.

Celebrating Home Learning

Once again this week I have enjoyed looking through all photographs in the the home learning folders that teachers have been sharing with me. I have picked out a few pieces of work to share with everyone this week. Some great stories, home baking science, food art and outdoor art this week.

Well done everyone with the continued effort you are putting into your home learning.

Take care all and stay safe.

Exercise and Fitness Challenge

Well done to everyone who took part in the kindness challenge last week. Thank you to those of you who shared pictures with us for the blog.

This week I would like to see and hear all about the different fitness activities you have been doing during your time away from school. I know some people have been learning to ride their bikes, some people have climbed up Dalmun hill for the first time with their families and Jo Wicks workouts were  popular at the beginning of lockdown. Who is still doing their daily work our ? Maybe you have been following Mrs Gray’s P.E videos. Shared what you have been doing with your class teachers and we can celebrate on the blog.
