Bressay Ferry Trip

As part of our sea themed activities  we went for a trip on the Bressay Ferry on Thursday.  The usual ferry is away for a refit just now so we got to go on the Fivla.

The steps down to the passenger lounge was very steep and it was very noisy.  Some of the children thought the visor looked like a shark’s mouth!

We had a lovely time!

On Friday, we had some Fish and Chips for our lunch.  This was kindly donated by the Fort Chippy and was enjoyed by all. A massive thank you to them.

Edinburgh trip – Monday 5th June

The pupils on the Edinburgh trip have had an action packed day at Blair Drummond safari park. We’ve seen a sea lion and birds of prey show, and lots of animals including elephants, giraffes and rhinos. Pupils got to have a go at pedal boating, the zip wire and we finished up with a boat trip to ‘Chimp Island’. Everyone has had a great day 😀
