Hi everyone! How glad are you that we have finally reached the last week of Home Learning?🎉 I am so looking forward to seeing you all next week, but let’s have one last push for the final time and make it your best week yet! Here is the suggested weekly timetable and underneath it you will find more detailed instructions for tasks and any links to resources needed. Please note there will be no live calls on Thursday as Mrs Gaw is in school and Spelling Test is changed to 1.30pm on Friday followed by a Quiz.

Morpurgo – Complete the page of the Grammar Booklet titled – ‘Collecting Verbs: Verb Hunt’

Lewis – Complete the page of the Phonics, Spelling & Vocabulary Booklet titled – ‘Nice Words’

  • HWB – Design a Starbucks Smoothie-Starbucks want you to design a new smoothie for their Spring/Summer collection. Write the recipe- List the ingredients.  Write the method – How do you make it? Draw a picture of what it will look like.

  • Literacy – Writing task – Writing instructions on how to look after an animal.
    • This can be an animal of your choice or your pet.

Squares /Triangles – More about the x-axis and y-axis (pg. 147&148) Now spend at least 15 minutes on Sumdog and choose activities from the menu to practise your times tables. Times-Table-Menu

  • Spelling – Look/say/cover/write/check 3 times & write a quality sentence for each of your spelling words in lined jotter.
  • Literacy – Complete the task (detailed below) in the Comprehension Booklet in your lined jotter. (Remember to answer in sentences.)
