Below is your homework for this week. Let us know if you need any help. Please also remember to return your Target Talk sheet from Parents’ Night if you have not already done this, so we can copy it for your assessment jotter.

Bug Club

This is the second week of your book so you should aim to finish reading it and answer the questions by Friday. Please remember to take care when you are answering the Bug questions and give reasons for your answers. You can also check your feedback for the Bug questions you answered the last time. Book allocations are below.

Dahl – The Highway Man’s Revenge

Rowling – An Awfully Beastly Business: Hunting For Trolls

Walliams – Charlie Small: Chasm of the Killer Bees

Morpurgo – The Quigleys Have Got Talent

Lewis – Changing Places

Education City

In ‘My Homework’ this week you will find homophone activities.  We have been doing lots of work on homophones recently and this will help to consolidate what we have learned. There have been some issues with Education City so we will be logging onto our accounts on Wednesday with an Ipad to ensure that we can all access the homework.

Sumdog

Your Sumdog challenge will be focusing on your multiplication tables as we were working on multiples and factors last week. Good luck!

IDS

Last week we learned about Rationing during WW2. Your homework task this week is to create an enjoyable dish from the rations of food that you would receive if you were a child during WW2. Use the picture below to help you.

It is worth remembering that this is one week’s allowance for a child, therefore you should not use all of your ingredients in one meal.
