Children in Need Day

We were effective contributors as we enjoyed participating in Children in Need activities. We created colourful masks, made Pudsey cakes, carefully completed dot to dot pictures, played ‘Pudsey Says’ and handled spotty water beads.

Responsible Citizens – Children In Need

It was an unusual Children In Need day in the Transition class this year. We were unable to join up with our friends in other classes. The boys were still Responsible Citizens and took part in different activities to mark the day. We had a social time at snack time, some Pudsey art was created including a few masks and to end the day we all attempted to learn the Strictly Children In Need dance. The boys outshone the staff at this!

They had great fun making a table out of desks and then taking turns to try it for themselves. They were all Successful Learners listening well to instructions and trying their hardest.

Skittles on a plate then slowly pour on some warm water and wait!!

Not about Colour but using a non-permanent marker we drew on some shapes on to the plate added some warm water and watched the shapes move.

FAOL

The Comets have been working hard this term on our Eco goals! We have thought hard about how we can be a more eco friendly class and help our community.

We decided that a litter pick was a great  idea! As we weren’t able to go to our local parks, we went round the school and playground looking for any litter that we could find. Everyone was an effective contributor to help keep the school clean!

For our next Eco goal we decided to try and recycle and up-cycle as much as we can! We saw some super cool homemade guitars that we thought we could make from all boxes and toilet roll tubes. Everyone was a successful learner by decorating and putting their guitar together.

Children in Need

Today was Children in Need. Some of us were confident individuals and dressed in spotty Pudsey spotty clothes and others wore our casual clothes. We were confident individuals using our finger to make some spotty patterns for our Pudsey ears.
