They were Responsible Citizens bringing the whole school together by germinating sunflower seeds before making a joint meadow. Hopefully they will flower before we go on summer holiday.

We had an egg and spoon race on Monday in the classroom – we tried to balance the egg on spoon first before we added in walking. We also decorated some Easter baskets and added some delicious chocolate eggs.

Today we had an Easter egg hunt in the classroom looking for lots of chocolate eggs hidden around the room. We also wore our chick head pieces we made to our virtual assembly today. We danced to the “Spring chicken” song and played our instruments to other songs too.

We did lots of other Christmas activities in class to that will added together to create a video for our parents to view.

Christmas Party

Yesterday we had a special visit from Santa. He came to the playground and gave each us a sack full of presents for all the friends in the Bluebells class.

We were all dressed smartly for our class Christmas party.  We danced and played games and had lots fun. We were confident individuals and danced with our peers and were able to freeze and become statues with the music stopped.  We were able to pass the parcel to our peers and pull off one layer when the music stopped until last layer when the winner opened a book.
