Remembrance

This week we explored poppies and made lots of different poppy pictures with different collage materials.

We also had fun in the garden on a Remembrance hunt looking for different pictures that were hidden. We marked them off to see if we had found them all.

They were all Responsible Citizens when they explored the poetry cut into the metal, looked at the figures on the benches and looked at the information in the garden. All pupils represented  their class well by being very respectful.

Remembrance

We made poppy to commemorate the people who fought in the war. On Tuesday we made small poppies that we taped to our jumpers for our assembly on Wednesday. On Wednesday we added  different materials of red to the middle of a poppy shape and laminated it to make sun catchers for the window in our class. We also mixed icing and added red food colouring to make a poppy biscuits.
