FAOL – WHOLE SCHOOL

This was our class assembly. We had been reading the story “The Enormous Turnip” in class and it was about working together to complete a  task, as the farmer could not pull the turnip out of the ground on his own. We all sat at the front of the assembly hall facing our friends. We were able to hold up the different characters in the story. We also made our own enormous turnip to show all of our friends.

Friend or Foe?

* SUCCESSFUL LEARNERS, RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS *

As a class, we have been looking closely at what makes a good friend. We watched short animated clips of different characters and had to state whether we thought they were good friends or not.

We also looked at different images and stated whether the image shown would make a good friend or a not so good friend. We completed this task really well.

It’s that time again, Christmas card deigns.  The boys enjoyed some painting today, they chose the style of penguin they liked the best and used their foot print to personalise their penguin card.  The end result will follow tomorrow.
