The Snowdrops are enjoying learning about the story of The 3 Little Pigs.

Last week we were busy with construction and building houses and this week we have been busy exploring inside a house. We have enjoyed looking at and identifying the different rooms in a dolls house, feeling the furniture and making decisions about which rooms the different furniture should go in.

Aladdin Themed Life Skills – Effective Contributors

As part of our Aladdin topic, we made our very own magic carpets and tiger tail snacks!  We practised spreading, cutting and mixing to make our snacks and waited very patiently for our turn to choose all of the ingredients we wanted to use.  Everyone used big voices and did some great choosing when deciding what they wanted to use to make their snacks.

Numeracy & Learning Outdoors

*Successful Learners, Effective Contributors & MOVE*

The Beech class worked really hard in Numeracy this week, concentrating on recognising & ordering numbers, recognising coins, and telling the time. We got our bodies moving as we went on a hunt in the playground to find some hidden numbers. We then worked together as a team to put them into the correct order – brilliant teamwork!
