The Girl’s Football Team did very well in their first tournament last Wednesday at St Ambrose and managed to go undefeated, drawing in both games they played ( 0-0 and 1-1) and automatically winning the third due to a forfeit. Many of the team were playing up in the senior contest, so this was a fantastic result. All the girls are an absolute credit to Chryston High School. 

The Team:  Eve Bryson, Aimee Green, Codi Thompson, Jessica Cook, Monique Spalding, Kayleigh Brady, Hayley Westwood and Billie Jackson

Coaches:  Scott Williamson and Connor Johnston in S6.

As this was my first tournament with the squad, I am  delighted and impressed by how well the girls did and how well they represented the school.  I’m looking forward to many more.
