National 5 Hospitality: Practical Cookery SQA Exam Schedule

Listed below are the dates and times for the SQA exam

Tuesday 28th February       in class practice of Mediterranean Tart

Tuesday 7th March            in class practice of Beef and Lentil Cottage Pie

Tuesday 14th March             in class practice of Orange Pavlovas with Berry Puree

Mrs Bickerton’s Class

Wednesday 1st February       in class practice of Mediterranean Tart

Wednesday 8th March            in class practice of Beef and Lentil Cottage Pie

Thursday 15th March             in class practice of Orange Pavlovas with Berry Puree

DATE TBC – ASSEMBLY HALL               Written Planning and Service Details under exam conditions ) 15 marks from the total of 100 are available for this component of your exam.

DATE TBC X 2           Practical Exam 9.30 – 12.30

Candidates must be in the room well in advance of 8.55am to complete preparation. Please note you must come prepared with containers to transport your food home. Candidates with false nails or nail varnish can expect to lose vital marks under hygiene component. If you have missed any of the above practice days, it is your responsibility to attend an after school session to familiarise yourself with the dish.
