Text Messaging – Incoming Messages

We have received the following message from Groupcall concerning our text messaging service.  If you need to contact us, please call the school.
“The performance issues first reported Tuesday morning are continuing today. Our engineers made progress and improvements last night, however investigations and improvements continue this morning. One specific area being affected is the Incoming Messages section.

On behalf on Groupcall please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this has caused, this continues to be our top priority focus across the company today and we will have this resolved as soon as possible.”
