Care Inspectorate:

The Care Inspectorate is responsible for the registration and inspection of Inverkip Nursery Class.  If you have any concerns then we urge parents to contact the nursery directly in the first instance, However, if you have any complaints, suggestions, comments or criticisms then you are able to contact the Care Inspectorate independently and any complaint will be replied to and investigated within 28 days. The Care Inspectorate inspects the Nursery on a regular basis.

All health and social care services in Scotland have a duty of candour. This is a legal requirement which means that when things go wrong and mistakes happen, the people affected understand what has happened, receive an apology, and that we learn how to improve for the future.
