Easter School 2023

Our Easter school returns next week to assist our S4, S5, and S6 pupils with their preparation for upcoming exams and coursework deadlines.

Easter school will run from Monday 3rd April to Friday 14th April. Subject-specific sessions will take place between 9am and 4pm each day, except Good Friday and Easter Monday. Full details can be found in the timetable attached to this post.

We welcome the support of parents and carers of senior phase pupils in encouraging young people to attend the sessions relevant to them.

Pupils should direct questions to class teachers, in the first instance.

S4-S6 Return and School Ties

All S4-S6 pupils will return from Study Leave on Monday 6th June. A limited selection of ties are available, priced at £5.50. New S1 ties are also available and will continue to be available over the Summer Break. As soon as new stock arrives, we will provide an update via our social platforms.

P6-S1 Open Night

Our Open Night will take place on Wednesday 11th May, from 3.30-5.30pm.

The night serves as our S1 parent’s night and as a key transition event, where P6 and P7 parents/carers are invited to learn more about our transitions events, how we support learners and our Community Football Partnership. Full information can be here > Open Night Invite.

We look forward to welcoming you all on the night!

Leavers’ iPads and chargers 2022

Pupils who are leaving Lochend CHS this summer must return their iPads and chargers by Wednesday 1st June 2022.
Pupils may return their iPads and chargers at any time before this date if they no longer require them to prepare for SQA assessments and exams.
Pupils should return their iPads and chargers to their pastoral care teacher along with a note of their passcode, where possible.
