S1 pupils will have photographs taken for their National Entitlement Cards on Monday 12th December. All pupils have been issued with an application form, which must be completed, signed by a parent/carer, and returned to the school office before this date. This entitled pupils to free bus travel throughout Scotland.

Flu Vaccine
The school nursing team will provide Flu Vaccinations to all pupils on Monday 31st October.
The vaccine itself is a painless nasal spray.
Consent forms were issued to all pupils before September weekend. Please complete and return any outstanding forms to the school office. Blank forms can also be collected, as required.
Transitions Feedback
With our first full week underway, we are looking for the views of our S1 Parents/Carers! Your feedback will help us improve our Transitions process for the coming session.
P7 Induction Days
We are looking forward to welcoming P7s tomorrow and Friday to our Induction Days!
School starts at 8.50am both days, and pupils should enter straight into the Street Area on arrival. All pupils will follow their normal S1 timetable. On Thursday, we finish at 3.40pm and at 2.50pm on Friday.
In preparation for the days, P7 pupils should bring their usual school bag equipment and a snack for morning break. No cash can be taken in the canteen. All pupils will be provided with a lunch on both days.
PE kit is required for all pupils on FRIDAY only. We can’t wait to see you!
S4-S6 Return and School Ties
All S4-S6 pupils will return from Study Leave on Monday 6th June. A limited selection of ties are available, priced at £5.50. New S1 ties are also available and will continue to be available over the Summer Break. As soon as new stock arrives, we will provide an update via our social platforms.
Timetable/Holiday Updates
Our new timetable will begin on Monday 30th May for all S1-S3 pupils. Our current S4 and S5 learners (new S5 and S6) will return the following Monday (6th June), after the SQA exam diet ends.
All learners should note that we are on holiday this Friday (27th May) for the May Bank Holiday and next Thursday and Friday (3rd and 4th June) for the Queen’s Jubilee.
School will be open as normal for pupils sitting the Art exam on Friday 27th May.
Parent Pay
All parents/carers are reminded that our Parent Pay system will go live on Friday 20th May. From this date we will no longer be accepting cash in the school canteen. Here’s a quick to guide to ensure your child is registered:

– Make a mygov.scot account
– Activate your account

S2-S3 Residential
We still have places available on our S2-S3 Residential to Lochgoilhead Outdoor Centre, on 18th to 20th May. Activities include Kayaking, Rockclimbing and more. 3 days, 2 nights and, best of all, it’s FREE!
