Changes to Café
The kitchen has been told by EAC
that children are only allowed 1 fresh orange cuplet
or 1 Fair Trade juice carton at break time.
They are allowed 2 Aqua Juices.
Additional bottles of water can be purchased.
Bookbug
Thank you to everyone who attended Bookbug on Tuesday. The next session will take place on Thursday 22nd November, please add your name to the list on the communication board if you would like to attend with your child. Younger siblings are also welcome to come along and join the fun.

Lending Library ECC
We have started up Lending Library on a Monday morning. All children will have the opportunity to go along to the library in their key groups and select a book to take home and enjoy for the week.
The Lending Library is running in the afternoon session too although this will be split between a Monday and a Tuesday.
Monday – Purple, Blue and Yellow groups
Tuesday – Orange, Red and Green groups
P.s if you could bring in a bag for your child to carry their book this would be greatly appreciated.
Christmas choir
A reminder to all that our Christmas choir has now started. It is on every Tuesday at 1:00pm in the music room. Primary 1-7 all welcome.

P1-3 Super Stars
Congratulations to our Super Stars who received their certificates at assembly. Well done Lewis, Stuart, Rose, Brooke and Thomas 😀
P7 WW1 Play – Thursday night tickets
As the two nights of the show draw closer, we can confirm there are some tickets left for the Thursday night community performance.
Any P7 family who would like tickets for grandparents, other relatives / friends (maybe even for parents to see the performance again!) or parents of the P6 children coming along to support the choir, please feel free to request extra. This can be done by commenting on this post (click the heading to do this) or by asking at the school on Monday.
The remaining tickets will be given out on a first come first served basis. Many thanks.
I would like to draw your attention to the recently updated communication Board. Here you will find the Top Tip for November, the nursery Rhyme we are currently working on with the Makaton sign to accompany it and some general communication information.
If you have any questions with regards to this please speak to Mrs Cotton who is the communication champion or your child’s key worker.

As the next couple of months are very busy for everyone we thought you may like to save the following dates in your diary.
The ECC Nativity show will be held on Friday 14th December
A.M. show will be at 10am
P.M. show will be at 2.15pm.
I’m sure this is a day you will not want to miss.
The ECC Christmas parties will be held on Thursday 20th December these will take place during the usual session times and we hope to get a visit from Santa during this time .
