Biffy Clyro

What a fabulous way to end our week of Scottish activities – a message from Biffy Clyro! Corey in P6 received this message to share with the school from guitarist James. We hope you enjoy listening to it – and maybe playing Many of Horror or Bubbles to remind you how talented these local boys are and, as James says, enjoy some creativity during lockdown!

Thank you Corey for sharing this with us.

Gargie Galleries

This weeks Gargie Galleries. Well done to all of the children for all of their hard work!

Coronavirus through the eyes of a child

We are so proud of Grace who made this fabulous video about Coronavirus for her performance badge at Brownies.

Well done to her little brother Liam too who also plays a starring role 🙂

Hobbies and Clubs

Hello everyone. We thought it would be a nice idea to continue to share photos during this period of online learning. I know that some of the children’s clubs will be continuing via zoom and they will still be doing their hobbies at home. Therefore, the next video will be of the children enjoying their hobbies and participating in their clubs. If you could email me any photos to danielle.kinnaird@eastayrshire.org.uk by 3pm on Thursday that would be fantastic, thank you.

Snow video.

Thank you for sending me all of your lovely snow pictures. It put a huge smile on my face creating this, seeing all the smiling faces of Gargieston’s fantastic children having fun. Enjoy! (If you click on the link below it should take you directly to the Sway with the video, you can make the video full screen by clicking on the button on the bottom right hand side of the presentation)

P7 Visits

Hard to believe it’s nearly two weeks since the surprise visits to P7s. Here’s some pictures we took of that memorable day.

A thoughtful message….

In any ‘normal’ year, part of our final week would be walking to St Andrew’s & St Marnock’s church for our end of term service. Rev McNaughtan has recorded us a really lovely message which we hope you will enjoy too, with something very special at the end for the Primary 7s. Thank you so much to him for doing this – it is hugely appreciated!
