Yoga Pose of the Day
Good morning everyone 😀
Hope you liked yesterdays pose, was great seeing you giving it a go! My balance has improved so much since doing yoga, the more you do it the easier it gets! Todays pose is called:
‘Gate Pose’.
Think I’ll be indoors doing it the rest of the week as the sunshine has disappeared 🙁 Let’s not let the weather get us down though! have a go at doing it on both sides, it’s a great stretch! 😀

Bug Club have upgraded their software at the weekend and it now no longer works on Safari 14 or lower. If you have been using an iPad or iPhone and are having issues logging on, please download the Google Chrome app and try to access Bug Club through it.

PE and Healthy challenge
Good morning girls and boys! Today’s activity is the standing vertical jump. How high can you jump? Try to beat your own record each day. You might want to leave chalk marks on the wall ( outside wall) to record your attempts. Remember to repeat all activities as often as possible and keep up doing your workouts. Stay strong, Mr Smith.
As part of our health and well-being program could you please complete this food journal to check your diet. Some classes have done this previously but it’s worth repeating during lockdown. We will do some work based on this as the weeks go on. Thanks , Mr Smith.
