Good Morning Every-one

Morning Routine – Have you been able to use your calendar this week to plan special activities?

Lifskills – Choose an activity to do from out Busy Board

Movement – A quick dance with Sonic the Hedgehog to get you started today, it’s fast!!

Fiddly Fingers – Can you gather some leaves on your walk or in your garden today. You can paint the back of the leaves and then make prints on a blank piece of paper. Can you make a picture of a tree or a bird?

  • Can you make some quiet time? Find a quiet spot in your house and read your favourite book.

Good morning.  We can have a lot of fun with bubbles and straws today so let’s get going!

On Thursdays we start the day with P.E.  Please see Gerry and Pedro’s posts for a very special P.E. today – Sports day!

Now its time for the morning circle.

 

Don’t forget Lorna’s Sign of the Day – category sign of the day.

Orange Class Challenge:

Alice has been busy again!  Is there no limit to her imagination!

Make a fantastic Bubble machine!

 

We also have Art with David Bennett on a Thursday.  David has some super ideas for      bubble art below and we know how much the Orange Class like bubbles!

 

 

Now, how about some maths?  Have a shot at this.  It is not as easy as it looks!

 

 

Today, lets sharpen up on our listening skills.  Try to identify the animal sounds – it’s fun!

 

How about some movement?   What about a class favourite? We’re Going on a Bear Hunt!

Today’s story is ‘I don’t want to go to bed’.   Group 5 had a look at this yesterday.

Good morning everyone, how are you today? I hope you are all well.  It is sports day today, so don’t forget to check what Pedro and Gerry have added in the PE section.  Have fun!

what is the weather like today?  It was cold yesterday

life skills – can you help mummy and daddy? can you tidy up your room?

maths activities – for another day, you could collect empty cereal boxes, get mummy or daddy to glue coloured monsters on the front and cut a mouth for you to feed them coloured bricks.

but today, try this, use big and small bowls, big and small spoons and transfer from one bowl to another.  Have fun!

Don’t forget to check with Lorna to see what sing we are learning today, I bet you are now better than me at signing, I should catch up!

music – remember to look at what Gordon and Connie post everyday, lots of songs, new and favourite, long and short, relaxation and even karaoke !

don’t panic if you don’t have oats, just use rice or cereal, it is just as fun.

Hi Everyone,

Today I am feeling like Mr Grumpy because my family are very messy and I have to keep tidying up after them! This is what I feel like doing when I have to tidy away their things!

For Life-skills today could you do some tidying? It would make me feel better to know that other people have to tidy too.

Why not put some music on whilst you are tidying and make it your movement time?

I am going to put on this track. I think it will cheer me up and help me tidy more quickly.

Your first lesson today is Maths so check out Steve’s posts for some activities.

Then it’s time for fiddly fingers. Today why not try balancing things on top of each other? You could balance stones from the garden, cups or even cushions. Perhaps you could send me a photo of how you get on?
