You can make make lots of wonderful Art using some paint and your finger prints. Here are some ideas of things you could make:

Can you create finger prints using different colours?

All across the nation people have been creating pictures of Rainbows and sticking them to their windows in an effort to cheer people up. Here is a template that you may find useful.

Health and Well being (HWB)

Time for a trip to the garden or out for a walk.

Put on your own Jacket – you know how!  Just ask for help with the zip!  Do you need wellies and a waterproof?

Look out for signs of spring!                                                                                                                  Do you think you could take some photographs of flowers, plants, animals/birds and send them in – that would be great! Then I can post them on the blog!!! Have a go and let me know!

Have a lovely day everyone.

Easter Egg hunt design challenge – two week challenge

The challenge will be to create an Easter Egg Hunt for some younger children that may be in your house (or use your imagination!).

What will you need for the hunt?

How will the children know about it?

Do you need a map?  how will the children read the directions? do you need pictures?

Is it outside in your garden (remember it can’t be further than your house)?

What decorations do you need?

What happens if it is too hot? or too cold? ( I remember one Easter hunt in my garden it snowed!)

What will you need to make? how many eggs are you going to have to get?

Here is a link to some ideas but it would be lovely to hear from you and see some pictures of your plans for this event?

I will check in with you next Wednesday and share some of your ideas!

Wednesday 25-03

Good morning Red Class,

I hope you are having fun and keeping safe.

Have you looked at the timetable you got in your pack?

Let’s sing the good morning song

Try this for movement song

Remember to wash your hands when you help Mum or Dad get your snack ready

The song signifier is to the tune of Here we go round the mulberry bush :

this is the way we wash our hands

wash our hands

wash our hands

this is the way we wash our hands

to keep them nice and safe

The song signifier for drying hands is to the same tune:

this is the way we dry our hands

dry our hands

dry our hands

this is the way we dry our hands

to keep them nice and dry

Story time today

PE

if you go outside in the garden or for a walk, remember to try and put your jacket on by yourself, remember to pull the tag of the zip once Mum or Dad has anchored it.  You can do this!  If you are going for a walk, remember to stay safe and hold hands.

Take photos too, Callum sent me a lovely photo of himself on a walk with his Mum.  Look at the trees, are there buds yet?  When I stepped into my garden this morning, I could hear the birds…
